Crystal’s Concepts provides studio portraits for families with up to 8 members in the studio, outdoors, in your home, or favorite location for a photographer’s fee of $30.00.This fee is not a deposit but covers the photographer’s time to photograph you and process your proofs. An additional deposit of $25.00 is required upon receipt of your proofs and will be deducted from any package or individual order that you place.

Portraits of families with more than 8 members will need to be taken outdoors or at a location of your choice. The photographer's fee for this type of session is $40.00 and is not a deposit but covers the photographers time to photograph and process images. A $35.00 deposit is required to obtain your proofs and will be deducted from any package or individual order that you place.

If there is a large family gathering of 8 or more members and families wish to have other family portraits taken other than the scheduled session, additional photographer and proof fees will apply.

If your Shoot requires us to travel beyond 25 miles from our studio you will be charged mileage at .37 per mile.
