Basic Fees
A $65.00 fee is due at the time of your initial portrait session. This pays for the photographer’s time to photograph you and is not a deposit. Photo retakes will be taken at no charge if due to technical problems. Any retakes due to you not liking your hair, clothing etc will be at a $7.00 charge per pose. Travel outside McLean County will be billed at .37 cents per mile.
Previews
A $60.00 deposit is required when picking up or before mailing out your previews. Proofs do not have color correction or blemish removal and may have a watermark for protection of copyright. Upon return of previews, the deposit will be credited toward your order. You may purchase your proofs at a cost of $30.00 when you order a package.

Unit Definitions
Prices are based on units to give you greater flexibility in designing a package just for you. Here is how it works. You pick the sized you want. Units are defined below
1- 16 x 20 = 4 units
1- 11 x 14 = 2 units
1- 8 x 10 = 1 unit
2- 5 x 7 = 1 unit
4- 4 x 5 = 1 unit
2- 4 x 6 = 1 unit
Prices for additional units are $35.00 per unit when you order a package, Units are $50.00 per unit if no package is ordered.
Wallets
One pose per 8 wallets. Retouching charges of $7.00 added to each extra pose not used in a package or individual order.

Cards are designed with your senior photograph of choice and up to two other photos that you provide if they are of acceptable scanning quality.
Senior Photo DVD
A Beautiful DVD show set up and prepared just for you. May be played on any DVD player. Included at no cost in both the Classic, and Supreme Package.

Mats and Frames
Mats and frames can be provided for your photographs. Price is dependent upon choice and size of mat and frame. If you wish this additional service, prices will be provided at the time order is placed.
Print Finish
For best quality your Photographs will normally be printed on Epson Premium Luster Photo Paper. You may request a Glossy Photo Paper at no extra charge. For an additional fee you may also request portraits printed on a variety of Fine Art Papers that give Your portraits a true museum quality appearance. Your prints will look great and last a life time. Glass is recommended for all photographs 5x7 and larger. 8x10 and larger prints are secured to acid free foam backing board. Small photos are presented in folders. Sealer is applied to all photos to protect from UV light.
Yearbook Photo
Two Yearbook wallets are furnished free of charge when you place your order. Orders placed less than three weeks before your school’s deadline will be assessed a $20.00 rush fee and will not be guaranteed on the time delivery. Crystal’s Concepts is NOT responsible for delivery of yearbook prints to your school.
Payments
Fifty percent of the order amount is due when the order is placed. The balance is due when the order is picked up. No part of any order can be picked up or mailed out without full payment. Prices do not include tax and shipping. Reorders are paid at the time the order is placed.
